CSRA HEA Graduation Requirements
To participate in the HEA’s graduation ceremony you must:
1. Be a paying member of the Association. To join the HEA, fill out the online application form.
2. Attend the three mandatory graduation planning meetings.
Dates
First planning meeting: Tuesday, November 18, 2025 @ 7pm at Cliffwood Presbyterian (2525 Lumpkin Rd., Augusta)
Second planning meeting: Tuesday, January 20, 2026 @ 7pm at Cliffwood Presbyterian
Third planning meeting: Tuesday, March 17, 2026 @ 7pm at Cliffwood Presbyterian
Graduation rehearsal: Friday, May 15, 2026 @ 5:30pm at First Baptist Church (3500 Walton Way Ext., Augusta)
Graduation: Saturday, May 16, 2026 @ 2pm at First Baptist Church
Cost
Graduation is a benefit CSRA HEA members enjoy. For those who have been long standing HEA members, the cost for participation has been covered by your membership fees over the years. If you are a newer member of the HEA, you will have to pay the amount not yet covered in your graduation fee. The pro-rated fee schedule is as follows:
CSRA HEA members for 4th consecutive years: graduation fee paid through membership dues
CSRA HEA members for 3rd consecutive years: $65
CSRA HEA members for 2nd consecutive years: $130
CSRA HEA member for the 1st year: $300
