The mission of the Central Savannah River Area Home Education Association (CSRA HEA) is to provide resources to parents who home educate their children. The organization hopes that this website will promote study of all aspects of God, His creation, His laws, and His grace.

We have many members in both Georgia and South Carolina, and we welcome you whether you are new to homeschooling or an experienced homeschooler moving into the area.  The CSRA is the area surrounding Augusta, GA.

Use the CSRA HEA Calendar to see what types of homeschooling events are available in our organization. All registered users of this website can add events to the calendar.  We have an moderator in place to moderate events not suited for our membership.  Please help us make the calendar useful by adding your events!

Once you have joined our organization you will be given access to our Curriculum Classifieds, Helpful Hint Blogs, the Polished Apple Newsletter, the CSRA HEA Calendar and other resources on this website.  In order to sign the statement on the application you need to read the Rules of Conduct, found on the Homeschool Laws section of this website.

Because we want to protect the privacy of our homeschool members we do not offer online membership registration at this time. Applications must be received through the mail.  It takes 3-4 weeks for applications to be processed.  After that you may return to this website and register as a user.  When your application is processed, you will receive an e-mail informing you that you now have access to the resources contained on this website. Please put your log-in information in a safe place so that you can easily access the site. Your personal information is not stored on this website or our server.  CSRA HEA goes to great lengths to protect the privacy of our homeschoolers.
